We collect your name and email address if you choose to get our newsletter. We never sell your information. Our newsletter is created in MailChimp; to see their policy concerning Privacy for Contacts (#3), click here.

ECommerce

If you buy something through our Website, your name, phone number and email address are collected. These are seen by the treasurer, Website manager, and class coordinator or membership chairperson. When you check out, your credit card information goes to Square; we don't have access to it. For Square's Privacy Policy, click here.

Classes

​

When you attend a class, your name and email address are collected so that we can contact you if the class is cancelled or if you need to pick up your piece when it's done. The instructor and the class coordinator have that information.

Membership

​

When you become a member, we collect your name, address, phone numbers, and email address. These are sent to the Website manager, membership chairperson, and treasurer. They are then added to the membership roster, which is an Excel sheet that is available on our Website to members, who have the password for the members-only Webpage.
