The first time I worked with clay was in 1948. It wasn't real clay but that greasy modeling clay from the dime store. Real clay came later, 1972 with my first potter's wheel, a $69 Spinning Tiger. The library had many how-to books that were hard for me to return. After learning and using many methods, I have recently settled on making serving pieces for the enjoyment of food. Trays and bowls with natural leaves and impressions of various plant materials are my favorite.
I love to see photos of my pots being used. Please send some to me.
